- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Easy to get an appointment, but I normally waited from 1-2 hours to be seen. My main complaint is they made appointments for me without my consent. I would receive a call that I have an appointment the next day, or that I no showed for an appointment I was unaware of. I discussed this with the staff, but it continued to happen. They also don't keep the bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels regularly. I usually had to ask for these items when my kids needed to use their facilities. Staff is constantly changing. The only constant is Dr. Villar. I could go on, but in a nutshell I don't recommend themJune 19, 2017by Shannon Croft
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Easy to get an appointment, but if you expect to be seen in a timely manner, hang it up. Even on a slower day you could still wait 30 minutes or more past your appointment time to see a physician. There is no continuity of care you see whomever whenever.
