  I was disappointed with the way things are ran. LONG waits to see the doctor, serious over booking, and inconsideration for the patient's time. I liked the 2 different doctors I saw, but it wasn't worth the almost 2 hour wait. The last appointment was for my baby that needed immunizations. After waiting 45 minutes I was called to the window to ask why I'm there, and then told I couldn't get them that day.

  The doctors are good. I don't like my daughter seeing the nurse practitioners. They seem not to know what's going on, for some reason. But it's extremely hard to get an appointment with an actual doctor! The wait time is absolutely horrible! Even if you have an appointment! I used to love this place..Seems to be going downhill.

  The doctors aren't as friendly as they should be and are always in a rush. I called THREE DAYS IN A ROW requesting a nurse contact me on behalf of my sick baby, to inform me about what medication I could use on her since she is an infant. I NEVER received a call back. Very disappointed.
